Biographical Info
Dr. Rosenberg came to Lancaster after completing his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at University of Pennsylvania. He earned his M.D. at Jefferson Medical College. He served his Internship and Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he also served as Chief Medical Resident for one year after completing his Residency.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He has been practicing in Lancaster County since 1992.
In addition to general gastroenterology, his areas of interest and expertise are inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), diseases of the gallbladder and bile ducts.
He is on the active staff at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital where he is Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology. He also has privileges at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital and UPMC Pinnacle Lititz.
Dr. Rosenberg, born and raised in Pittsburgh, moved here with his wife in 1992. They love Lancaster County and enjoyed raising their two children here. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, biking, fishing, the theater, and all the cultural activities available in Lancaster.
