Meet James Taterka, MD
I have developed long-term relationships with many patients, which I find especially rewarding. I approach each patient as a person rather than a case. I think one of the worst aspects of modern medical practice is its impersonal nature. Making a connection with the patient, listening to them, answering their questions and allaying their concerns is a critically important aspect of being a good physician. Without a personal connection and the patient’s trust, my medical expertise alone is not enough to make the patient well.
