This letter is to inform you that Dr. Patricia Wong has made the decision to leave our practice for personal reasons effective December 15, 2024. We wish her the best as she moves to the next stage of her career.

Our practice continues to grow, and we currently have more than twenty GI specialty physicians in our Main Line Division who will continue to offer services to Dr. Wong’s patients. Please feel free to contact our office at your convenience and we can assist you in identifying a new primary GI provider. As Dr. Wong was part of a large group practice, your records will continue to be maintained by US Digestive Health and are available to physicians within the practice for continuity of care purposes.

You have the right to choose your health care provider, and US Digestive Health remains committed to fully supporting your decision. Your records are confidential; however, a copy can be transferred to another provider or to you with permission. Should you select a physician outside of US Digestive Health, we can assist you in transferring your records to another provider. Please notify our office as soon as possible if you would like to transfer to another practice or if you would like a copy of your records.

Dr. Wong has been a valued member of our community and has expressed how grateful she has been for your trust in her over the years.
