Meet Alex S. Kuryan, MD
Dr. Kuryan is the Chief of Gastroenterology and Director of Endoscopy at Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital. A native of Philadelphia, Dr. Kuryan joined West Chester Gastrointestinal Group in 2005. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston University and received his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Kuryan completed his residency in internal medicine, as well as his fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Temple University Hospital.
He has consistently been named a “Top Doc” by both Philadelphia magazine and Main Line Today magazine.
Dr. Kuryan is dedicated to local and international medical mission service. He travels overseas to provide medical care to underserved and vulnerable people in areas where health care is limited and difficult to obtain.
Dr. Kuryan is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
Dr. Kuryan treats all gastrointestinal disorders and is committed to providing the highest quality of care to his patients.
