Meet Alexandra Thurston, CRNP, MSN, RN, A-GNP-C

Alexandra Thurston is a certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over a year of practice experience in a medical subspecialty and 10 years of registered nurse experience in diverse settings. She earned her B.S. in Nursing from Bloomsburg University, followed by her M.S. in Nursing from Villanova University.

Alexandra previously served as a Nurse Practitioner at Temple Health Gastroenterology. Her previous roles also include serving as a Registered Nurse at the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health and as a Team Lead Registered Nurse in the Med-Surg Telemetry Unit at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.

Alexandra has been recognized for her professional excellence with honors such as the Distinguished Achievement in Service Award and a Daisy Award nomination. She is an active member of the American Gastroenterology Association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, and the Girl Scouts of the USA.
