Meet Matthew Cohen, MD

Matthew S. Cohen, MD is a graduate of Duke University and Jefferson Medical College. He completed his internship and residency at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Cohen completed his fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Dr. Cohen has been a member of GI Specialists since 2006. His areas of interest include disorders of the esophagus, colon cancer screening and prevention, hereditary colorectal cancer and polyposis syndromes, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, chronic liver disease and video capsule enteroscopy.  Dr. Cohen is actively involved in the training of medical students and residents. Dr. Cohen offers office hours primarily at our Bensalem location.
