Meet Michal Kloska, PhD, MD
Dr. Michal Kloska earned his M.D. from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland, where he also completed his Ph.D. with a thesis on the role of oxidative stress in the etiopathogenesis of inflammatory bowel diseases. He completed his Internal Medicine Residencies at Heliodor Swiecicki Clinical Hospital in Poznan and Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA. He is currently pursuing a Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Dr. Kloska has received numerous awards, including the Excellence in Critical Care Award and the Joseph W. Gastinger Award. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and holds certifications in ACLS and BLS.
Dr. Kloska has served as a teaching assistant at Poznan University of Medical Sciences, guiding both Polish and international medical students in internal medicine and gastroenterology. His professional memberships include the American Gastroenterology Association and the Polish Society of Gastroenterology.
Outside of his medical career, Dr. Kloska enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in activities such as hiking and traveling. He resides in Gibsonia, PA.
