Meet Warren G. Butt, MD
Dr. Warren Butt holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Oberlin College. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve. He served both his internal medicine residency and his gastroenterology fellowship at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Butt also has a masters degree in clinical pharmacology from Temple University.
Dr. Butt’s major interests include: early detection of gastrointestinal and pancreatic malignancy; pancreatic and biliary tract disease, inflammatory bowel disease and evaluation of abdominal pain. He has spearheaded the development of endoscopic ultrasound in Delaware.
Dr. Butt’s procedural expertise includes linear and radial endoscopic ultrasound with fine needle aspiration; endoscopic mucosal resection; esophagogastroduodenoscopy and colonoscopy.
