Meet Abby Rathman, PA-C

Abby Rathman, PA-C graduated from Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Minor in Business. She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

She is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates as well as the Pennsylvania Society of Gastroenterology.

Abby started her career as a PA in the field of cardiothoracic surgery and later transitioned into the field of gastroenterology. She joined Digestive Disease Associates in 2017. She cares for patients in the office setting and has privileges at Tower Health.

She is a Berks County native and returned to the area to raise her family. She is married and lives with her husband and their four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips to the beach and cabin, and can usually be found on the sidelines cheering her children on in their many extracurricular activities.
