Danielle B. Forry, PA-C graduated from SUNY Oneonta in Oneonta, NY with a Bachelor`s Degree in Science with a major in Nutrition and Dietetics and from Salus University in Elkins Park, PA with a Master`s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants. Danielle has prior experience in Pain Management and joined USDH in 2022. She cares for patients in the office setting.
