Meet Scott Meyerson, MD
Dr. Meyerson joined Mid-Atlantic G.l. Consultants in 1998. Graduating with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, he then earned his Medical Degree from Temple University.
After finishing his Internal Medicine Residency at Cooper Hospital/ University Medical Center, Dr. Meyerson completed a three year Gastroenterology Fellowship at Wayne State University. He spent a fourth year training with one of the world’s renown physicians specializing in therapeutic endoscopy including ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio Pancreatography) for the treatment of pancreatic and hepato-biliary disorders.
Dr. Meyerson is licensed to practice in Delaware and Maryland. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Dr. Meyerson’s philosophy in providing patient care acknowledges and supports the complex emotional issues that accompany many GI diseases. He feels a strong commitment to improving the quality of life of his patients.
