Therese Jackson

Therese provides Compliance Program expertise to USDH specialty provider practice locations in Pennsylvania and Delaware, including implementation and monitoring of compliance activities, compliance-related investigations and governmental reporting. Her responsibilities include Compliance and HIPAA Privacy program oversite, internal audit program management, risk management coordination and mitigation, regulatory interpretation and implementation, key performance indicator monitoring, and mandatory training program management. She is the Quality Assurance Committee Co-Chair and participates on the Physician Committee. Therese reports directly to the Board of Directors related to Compliance program integrity and risk mitigation.

Therese is a key participant in merger and acquisition practice assessment and integration processes related to due diligence evaluation and risk identification. She is responsible for provider contracting and coordination of medical malpractice and business insurance management. Therese acts as the liaison for litigation-related matters for outside counsel.

Ms. Jackson is a Senior Healthcare Executive with more than 25 years of operational and regulatory compliance experience. Prior to joining USDH, Therese acted as the Director of Compliance for FSA, an organization that provides compliance support to 70+ not-for profit healthcare communities in seventeen states. She previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations for a privately owned post-acute care service organization that owned and managed twenty-three health centers with over $170 million in annual revenues.

Therese holds a Master of Business Administration from Temple University and is certified in both Compliance and HIPAA Privacy through the Health Care Compliance Association.
