Meet Kristin Elliot, CRNP

Kirstin Elliot is a compassionate and highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing expertise, recently earning her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Saint Joseph’s University in 2024. With a strong foundation in nursing education and orthopedic care, Kirstin brings a holistic and patient-centered approach to outpatient healthcare.

Her clinical experience spans geriatrics, orthopedics, medical-surgical, and trauma care, where she has consistently demonstrated excellence in communication, collaboration, and clinical problem-solving. Kirstin has a passion for caring for older adults and medically complex patients, developed through extensive hands-on experience and advanced clinical rotations at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health.

Kirstin also holds a Master’s in Nursing Education from Western Governors University (2022) and a BSN from Lancaster General College of Nursing and Health Sciences (2017). Previously at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital, Kristin served in a variety of leadership roles including Shift Facilitator, Clinical Preceptor, Nurse Extern Coordinator, Epic Champion, and Geriatric Hip Fracture Program Representative. She has also served as a Student Nurse Clinical Instructor since 2017, helping shape the next generation of nurses.

Board-certified as an Orthopedic Nurse and holding multiple clinical and educational leadership roles, Kirstin is known for her commitment to family-empowered care, mentoring, and delivering evidence-based, high-quality nursing.
